HackenProof in collaboration with the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR) has announced the National CTF 2025 — a large-scale cyber competition that will take place from November 20 to December 1, 2025.

Three Levels of Difficulty for Participants from Around the World

The competition is aimed at professionals and enthusiasts in the field of cybersecurity and seeks to unite experts ready to demonstrate their skills in real attack and defense scenarios. The organizers emphasized that the event will be international, and the format includes three levels of difficulty:

  • First level: tasks involving cryptography, OSINT, and logic, designed to test basic skills in decryption, analysis, and gathering open data.
  • Second level: intermediate web pentesting with the identification and exploitation of vulnerabilities in web applications.
  • Third level: advanced pentesting, multi-stage exploits, privilege escalation, and lateral movement within systems.

Participation Conditions and Partner Support

Participants can join individually or form teams. After the tournament, all will receive certificates, and the winners will receive special awards and prizes. The CTF covers key areas of cybersecurity: Web, OSINT, cryptography, forensics, reverse engineering, and other traditional categories.

Partners of the event include companies GigaCloud, WebbyLab, and Virgil Security. The media partner is the cryptocurrency publication Incrypted.
