In August 2025, the Ukrainian automotive market saw a significant increase in the import of used cars from the USA. During the past month, Ukrainians purchased nearly 5,100 passenger cars, which is 6% higher than the figures from July.

The used cars from the USA that joined the Ukrainian vehicle fleet in August have an average age of 5.3 years. According to analytics, electric vehicles accounted for nearly half of the imported cars — 46%. Gasoline vehicles ranked second in popularity with a share of 40%. Hybrid cars were chosen by 7% of buyers, diesel vehicles by 4%, and cars with gas equipment by 3%.
It is noted that the average age of the “Americans” with mileage that joined the Ukrainian vehicle fleet in August is 5.3 years.
Most Popular Models Among Used Cars from the USA
In the list of the most sought-after models among used cars from the USA, Tesla electric cars lead the way. The highest demand was for:
- Tesla Model Y — 812 units
- Tesla Model 3 — 639 units
- Ford Escape — 383 units
- Nissan Rogue — 263 units
- Tesla Model S — 239 units
Thus, the Ukrainian market for used cars from the USA demonstrates steady growth, and electric vehicles consistently remain the focus of car enthusiasts.
