Ukrposhta Simplifies Collaboration: A Unified Contract for Business Clients Until 2026

Joint Stock Company “Ukrposhta” is introducing a new system for corporate clients that allows for a unified contract instead of multiple separate agreements for different services. This solution is aimed at optimizing logistics processes and reducing bureaucratic burdens for small and medium-sized businesses.

Benefits of the Unified Contract for Businesses

Previously, enterprises were required to sign separate contracts for each service: delivery, sorting, returns, etc. Now, companies will be able to connect all necessary services through a single contract. This innovation provides the opportunity to:

  • quickly add new services;
  • opt out of unnecessary services if needed;
  • scale logistics solutions according to changes in the business.

“This approach will significantly reduce paperwork and simplify service management. The new contract can be completed entirely online, without the need to visit a branch in person.”

Transition to the New Collaboration Model

The implementation of the unified contract has already begun and will take place in stages. By the end of 2026, all corporate clients of “Ukrposhta” are expected to transition to the new service model. Current agreements will remain valid under previous terms. The company guarantees support from managers for a smooth transition to the new system.

As part of its digitalization strategy, “Ukrposhta” continues to enhance logistics services for businesses, making them more accessible and transparent. Additionally, the company is actively expanding its network of partner branches: by the end of the current year, at least 1000 new points are planned to be opened based on existing businesses across Ukraine.
