Ukrposhta Introduces Special Rates for Military Personnel for Package Delivery

“Ukrposhta” has joined the state loyalty program “Plyusy” in the mobile application “Army+”, offering special conditions for Ukrainian military personnel for sending packages. From now on, defenders can take advantage of discounted rates for shipping both within the country and abroad — prices start from 1 hryvnia.

Special Conditions for Military Personnel: Rates and Discounts

According to the new rules, the delivery of packages weighing up to 30 kg, processed online under the “Priority” rate and sent to or from frontline regions (Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson), costs 1 hryvnia. If the shipment is processed in person at a post office rather than online, a standard fee is added — the total cost will be 6 hryvnias.

In addition, military personnel receive a 25% discount on other shipments weighing up to 30 kg throughout Ukraine (“Priority” rate), as well as on international packages, EMS, and small parcels.

“Ukrposhta” has officially joined the state loyalty program “Plyusy” in the “Army+” application, providing all Ukrainian military personnel with special conditions for shipments. Now, packages sent both within Ukraine and abroad for defenders will be available at a discounted rate starting from 1 hryvnia”.

How to Use the Discounted Rate?

The procedure for obtaining the discounted conditions has been made as digital and convenient as possible by the company. For this, military personnel need to:

  • log in to the mobile application “Army+”;
  • generate a unique barcode in the “Plyusy” section;
  • present the barcode to the operator at the “Ukrposhta” office when processing the shipment.

Each month, military personnel can use up to three promo codes for each type of offer. This allows significant savings on sending necessary items to various regions of Ukraine and abroad.

It is worth noting that starting from early 2026, the coffee company Idealist Coffee & Co has also joined the “Plyusy” program, offering a 25% discount on coffee beans and drips for defenders.

As a reminder, “Ukrposhta” previously revised its rates due to rising operational costs and increased fuel prices.
