Ukrenergo Does Not Expect Power Outages in Ukraine on April 21

In an official statement, “Ukrenergo” indicated that measures to limit electricity consumption are not planned for Tuesday. However, the company has urged consumers to use electricity responsibly, especially during the evening period from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. During this time, it is recommended to reduce the load on the grid by limiting the use of high-power electrical appliances.

“Tomorrow, on Tuesday, the implementation of consumption limitation measures is not planned,” the statement reads.

Impact of Russia’s Attack on the Energy System

As a reminder, as of the morning of April 20, due to attacks by the Russian Federation on energy infrastructure, power outages were observed in six regions of the country. However, energy workers are making every effort to promptly restore the stable functioning of the networks and ensure electricity supply to consumers.
