Max Hamakha, a Ukrainian trader, won the final of the international crypto trading championship on the WhiteBIT platform, which took place live on May 9-10. The tournament gathered eight leading traders from all corners of the globe, who competed against each other in real-time, trading for sixteen hours and executing 269 transactions, showcasing their skills in risk management and decision-making under pressure.
In addition to the main participants, 33 teams took part in the competition, with the largest ones having up to 369 participants, as well as around 3000 individual traders, highlighting the growing popularity of crypto trading.
Hamakha made a comeback from the last position, thanks to a profitable deal with Ethereum, which earned him a profit of 7488.84 USDT, the main reason for his victory. Overall, he executed 47 transactions, which was the second-highest number in the competition.
“Trading live on stage is an incredibly exciting experience, significantly more intense and interesting than trading at home,” says Hamakha.
