Production Expansion and Energy Independence

Currently, the enterprise maintains over 11,000 heads of cattle, which produce 160 tons of milk daily. The farm already has a biogas plant that generates 670 cubic meters of biogas per day, corresponding to 1,050 kW of electricity per hour. All the company’s equipment operates on electricity generated from biogas obtained from organic waste from livestock farming.

“Ukrainian Dairy Company” (Kyiv Region) plans to build a feed mill, a new phase of a dairy farm for 4,000 cows, and another biogas plant with a capacity of 5,000 cubic meters of gas.

Creating a Closed Production Cycle

To achieve a fully closed production cycle, the company plans to grow feed, maintain cattle, produce milk, biogas, and electricity. In the future, the enterprise expects to ensure complete energy independence: to switch to its own electricity, use biogas instead of traditional fuel, and fully supply animals with feed produced in-house.

The company employs 450 staff members, and the average salary is nearly 30,000 hryvnias.
