The State Property Fund has announced an auction for the privatization of 100% of the state share in the charter capital of the subsidiary enterprise “Atlantis-Pack Ukraine,” located in the Kyiv region. The starting sale price is 37.88 million hryvnias, excluding VAT. This enterprise specializes in wholesale trading of food products, beverages, and tobacco products.

Two elevator complexes in Odesa region are also up for auction
In the Berezivskyi district of Odesa region, two large elevator complexes are for sale. The first property includes administrative buildings, six grain storage facilities, a weighbridge, a grain dryer, a silo elevator, production premises, and other auxiliary infrastructure. The auction for this complex is scheduled for October 31, with a starting price of 85.08 million hryvnias.
The second lot is an elevator building with an area of 20,565 square meters, which includes 106 units of movable property. The auction for this property will take place on November 3, with a starting price of 19.58 million hryvnias. The sale is being conducted as part of enforcement proceedings.
