In Ukraine, 37 factories have been built and are under construction in industrial parks by 2025

As of the end of 2025, 22 factories have been completed and another 15 enterprises are under construction in industrial parks in Ukraine. The new and under-construction facilities cover the areas of agro-processing, food industry, furniture production, woodworking, machine engineering, and other key sectors of the Ukrainian economy.

State Support for Industrial Parks in 2025

In 2025, the Ministry of Economy made the decision to provide state incentives for 13 industrial parks. The total amount of state support reached 697.77 million UAH, which will enable the implementation of 22 large-scale infrastructure projects.

“In 2025, industrial parks received funding for infrastructure development, which will contribute to the creation of new jobs and enhance the competitiveness of Ukraine’s industrial sector”.

List of Industrial Parks that Received State Funding

  • KRONOSPAN RIVNE — 55.30 million UAH for infrastructure for a cogeneration plant;
  • KIT (Kyiv region) — 147.72 million UAH for the construction of internal site networks;
  • Ternopil — 49.24 million UAH for the arrangement of a street section and the connection of engineering networks;
  • FRUIT INDUSTRY (Chernivtsi region) — 150 million UAH for engineering and transport infrastructure, including local wastewater treatment facilities;
  • VinIndustry (Vinnytsia region) — 46.88 million UAH for the overhaul of roads and the construction of a drainage system with treatment facilities;
  • Sygnivka (Lviv region) — 35.07 million UAH for internal site cable networks, fire water supply networks, heating networks, and a stormwater collector;
  • Vinnytsia Industrial Park — 33.87 million UAH for road infrastructure, external water supply, and electricity supply networks;
  • Striy Valley (Lviv region) — 63.88 million UAH for external electricity, water supply, and drainage networks, and the reconstruction of the street leading to the park;
  • Kryvbas (Dnipropetrovsk region) — 21.76 million UAH for external engineering networks;
  • SUNART (Mykolaiv region) — 49.05 million UAH for the construction of a boiler house, installation of fire safety systems, external water supply and sewage networks, treatment facilities, as well as landscaping and greening of the area;
  • BF TERMINAL (Transcarpathian region) — 11.91 million UAH for the overhaul of the exit from the highway;
  • BIOSENS (Cherkasy region) — 24.73 million UAH for the construction of an exit from the highway, a technical passage, and gas supply networks;
  • City of Sklad (Kyiv region) — 8.34 million UAH for the construction of gas supply networks.

The expansion of the network of industrial parks and the active development of infrastructure indicate Ukraine’s strategic course towards supporting industry, attracting investments, and modernizing production capacities in various regions of the country.
