The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced the privatization of the sole property complex of the state enterprise “Lviv Research and Design Institute of Land Management”. The starting price of the lot is set at 16.5 million UAH (excluding VAT), and the electronic auction will take place on June 15.

Key Assets and Real Estate of the Institute
The most valuable asset of the enterprise is real estate in Lviv, located at 4 Vyacheslava Chornovola Avenue. The property is situated near the central part of the city, in a prestigious area with high potential for commercial development, making it particularly attractive to investors.
The institute’s building is connected to essential utilities: electricity, central water supply, sewage, and gas is partially supplied. The property complex includes the rights to use several plots of land in Lviv and Drohobych.
Land Plots and Structure of the Object
In Lviv, the enterprise owns a shared land plot of 0.1906 hectares on Chornovola Avenue, which it uses together with the Main Statistical Office in the Lviv region. The territory contains objects owned by other owners. Additionally, the complex includes an unregistered plot of 0.1372 hectares on Umansky Street, which is partially developed.
In Drohobych, the state enterprise manages two land plots on Sahaydachnoho and January 22 Streets. Thus, the object represents a branched property-land complex with the potential for optimization and repurposing.
The buyer will also assume the financial obligations of the state enterprise. As of March 31, 2026, the institute’s creditor debt amounts to 7.9 million UAH.
Furthermore, part of the property is under tax lien. To participate in the auction, a security deposit of 3.3 million UAH, which is 20% of the starting price, must be submitted. The application acceptance will last until mid-June.
The state enterprise “Lviv Research and Design Institute of Land Management” operates in the field of land management, geodesy, and cadastre. Previously, the enterprise was part of the State Geocadastre system. In 2020, the issue of its reorganization by merging with the Ternopil Institute of Land Management was considered, however, this decision was not implemented.
