In many large cities of Ukraine, there has been an increase in the cost of one-bedroom apartments. Over the past six months, prices have risen by 3-16%. The most significant increase was recorded in Uzhhorod, where prices rose by 16% to an average of $64,000. A notable price increase also occurred in Zhytomyr, where the cost of apartments increased by 13%.

Other cities where prices for one-bedroom apartments have risen include Cherkasy (by 12%) and Odesa (by 10%). Meanwhile, in three cities—Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Khmelnytskyi—the cost of one-bedroom apartments increased by only 3%. In another three cities—Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Kharkiv—prices rose by 5%.
Price Decreases in Some Cities
Against the backdrop of the overall price increase, three cities recorded a decrease in prices for one-bedroom apartments. In Zaporizhzhia, prices fell by 3%, while in Ternopil and Mykolaiv, they decreased by 2%.
Average Prices for One-Bedroom Apartments in Ukraine
In the secondary market of Ukraine, one-bedroom apartments are sold at average prices ranging from $17,500 to $65,000. The most expensive apartments are offered in Lviv, where the average price is $65,000. Additionally, the cost of apartments in Uzhhorod reaches $64,000, and in Kyiv, it is $63,000. The lowest prices are recorded in Zaporizhzhia, where the average cost is $17,500. Among the cities with the highest prices, Mykolaiv ($20,000), Kharkiv ($21,000), and Sumy ($22,700) can also be noted.
