In the Rivne region, 225 families have already taken advantage of the state program for preferential lending to install home solar power plants (SPPs). The total amount of loans issued at 0% interest is 106.1 million hryvnias. This funding has allowed households to fully equip themselves with the necessary equipment for autonomous electricity production — solar panels, inverters, batteries, and essential auxiliary equipment.

Development of Private Energy in Rivne Region
Currently, there are 1,715 households in the region with their own solar power plants. The total capacity of private generation has reached 44.7 megawatts, significantly enhancing the energy independence and resilience of the region.
First Contract for Comprehensive Energy Modernization of an Apartment Building
The Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine, in collaboration with the Energy Efficiency Fund, has signed the first contract for providing state financial assistance for the comprehensive energy modernization of an apartment building in Lutsk (Volyn region). The modernization project, which costs 12.7 million hryvnias, will enable residents to save over 682,000 hryvnias annually on energy resources. The preferential loan from the Decarbonization Fund will cover 30% of the expenses, while the remaining amount will be reimbursed by the Energy Efficiency Fund.
