The South Korean state corporation for overseas infrastructure and urban development (KIND) has expressed its readiness to participate in the development of a master plan for industrial parks in Ukraine, as well as to help minimize risks for potential investors.

Support for Recovery and Infrastructure Projects
Over the past two years, KIND has been actively involved in the restoration of Ukrainian infrastructure. Key projects include the transportation master plan for the Kyiv region, plans for the reconstruction and modernization of Ukrainian airports, the renewal of railway infrastructure, and other initiatives being implemented in collaboration with cities and municipalities in Ukraine.
In addition, negotiations are underway to involve the Republic of Korea in joint efforts with international partners to implement mechanisms for insuring war risks, which will enhance Ukraine’s investment attractiveness.
Launch of a New Economic Partnership Program
The Korean government has announced the allocation of $10 million to Ukraine for the implementation of infrastructure projects within the framework of the new four-year Economic Innovation Partnership Program. This initiative includes providing strategic consulting, developing investment projects, and conducting pre-project studies that will promote long-term economic partnership between Ukraine and Korea.
