The funding round, during which Sierra raised $350 million, was led by investment firm Greenoaks Capital Partners. This information was disclosed in Sierra’s corporate blog on Thursday. Earlier, in October, the company raised $175 million, after which its valuation stood at $4.5 billion.

Products, Clients, and Financial Prospects

Sierra Technologies specializes in developing artificial intelligence agents that assist in customer service. Among the company’s partners are well-known brands, including ADT Inc., which operates in the home security sector, and mattress manufacturer Casper Sleep Inc.

According to a person familiar with the company, Sierra may exceed $100 million in annual recurring revenue this year; the source requested anonymity due to the confidential nature of the information.

The high growth rates and the latest funding round indicate significant investor interest in the development of artificial intelligence technologies in the customer service sector and highlight Sierra Technologies’ prospects in the global market.
