The majority of Ukrainian immigrants in Poland are satisfied with their income, as this country has long been a popular destination for employment and relocation. Especially after the onset of the full-scale war, Poland has become a key hub for Ukrainian refugees.

Average Salary in Poland

As of early 2025, according to data from the portal pitax.pl, an individual working under an employment contract earns 6,201.37 zlotys after tax deductions, or 8,613.14 zlotys before taxation. In euro terms, this amounts to 1,452, and in dollars – 1,640. Additionally, the minimum hourly wage in Poland is 30.5 zlotys.

Income Satisfaction Among Ukrainians

According to the analytical center of the international employment company Gremi Personal, 85% of Ukrainians in Poland expressed satisfaction with their income. Many of them even have the opportunity to save a portion of their earnings. Meanwhile, nearly a quarter of those surveyed changed jobs twice, and just as many did so three times. Only 18% of Ukrainians found suitable employment on their first attempt, while others frequently changed their place of work.
