The highest monthly compensation goes to the head of the company, whose salary is approximately 1.5 million hryvnias. It is worth noting that the salary of a board member starts at 466 thousand hryvnias per month.

This data was disclosed in the declarations of the board members of “Naftogaz” for the past year, which are submitted to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC). Roman Chumak, who is temporarily serving as the acting chairman of the board, received 1 million 530 thousand hryvnias monthly in 2023. His annual earnings increased by 16.7%, totaling 18.3 million hryvnias. Before his appointment to this position, he held the position of director of the Naftogaz group.
Salaries of Board Members
Vasyl Volodin, another board member, earned an average of 899 thousand hryvnias per month in 2024, which amounts to about 10.8 million hryvnias for the year. However, his income decreased by nearly 40% compared to 2023. Another board member, Dmytro Abramovych, received 471.3 thousand hryvnias per month, totaling 5.6 million hryvnias for the year, with a salary increase of 21.55% compared to the previous year.
Board member Ivan Lukerya had an average monthly salary of 466.4 thousand hryvnias, amounting to 5.6 million hryvnias for the year, reflecting a 36.48% increase in his earnings compared to 2023. It is also worth noting that members of the supervisory board have similar salaries. For example, Natalia Boiko, the deputy chair of the supervisory board, earned an average of 418 thousand hryvnias per month, which is about 5 million hryvnias per year. Her income also increased by nearly 16% compared to 2023.
