According to Oleg Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, equipment on the port premises was damaged during the strike. Rescue teams promptly eliminated the consequences of the attack and prevented the spread of fire.

“A fire broke out on an inactive vessel, which was promptly extinguished by rescuers,” Kiper said.
