Rental Prices for One-Bedroom Apartments Decrease in Major Cities of Ukraine

In several major cities of Ukraine, owners of one-bedroom apartments have updated their rental prices. Over the past six months, rental costs have decreased by 2-12%. The most significant drop is observed in Dnipro and Lutsk, where rents have fallen by 12%, averaging 10,500 and 11,500 UAH respectively.

Additionally, according to a major specialized portal, rental prices have also decreased in Odesa, with a reduction of 11%. Other cities with noticeable decreases in rental costs include:

  • Poltava – a decrease of 9%;
  • Vinnytsia – by 8%;
  • Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk – a decrease of 7%;
  • Uzhhorod and Kyiv – by 3%;

Overall, according to analysts, the rent for a one-bedroom apartment in Ukraine ranges from 4,000 to 18,200 UAH. The lowest prices are recorded in Kharkiv – 4,000 UAH. Among the leaders are also:

    <li Mykolaiv – 6,000 UAH;
  • Kropyvnytskyi – 6,500 UAH;

The highest rents are observed in Uzhhorod – averaging 18,200 UAH, as well as in Kyiv (17,000 UAH) and Lviv (16,500 UAH).
