The National Bank of Ukraine has announced the official exchange rates for major foreign currencies for Friday, December 19. According to the regulator, the exchange rate of the hryvnia against the US dollar remains stable at 42.34 hryvnias per dollar.

The Hryvnia Strengthens Against the Euro
Against the euro, the hryvnia has shown a slight strengthening. The official exchange rate for the European currency is set at 49.59 hryvnias per euro, which is 4 kopecks lower compared to the previous banking day.
The exchange rate of the hryvnia to the euro is set at 49.59 UAH/euro.
Situation in the Interbank Market
As of 16:00, the quotes for the hryvnia against the dollar in the interbank currency market of Ukraine ranged between 42.25 and 42.29 hryvnias per dollar. For the euro, the quotes were 49.64–49.67 hryvnias per euro, reflecting slight fluctuations in exchange rates throughout the day.
Thus, the Ukrainian currency demonstrates relative stability in the currency market at the end of December.
