The government has made the decision to include the industrial park ‘Steel Kyiv Region’, which will be located in Kyiv Oblast, in the official Register of Industrial Parks of Ukraine.

Development of the Metalworking Industry and New Jobs
The industrial park project anticipates the creation of approximately 400 new jobs in the manufacturing sector. The park will cover nearly 12 hectares within the Bila Tserkva community and will be implemented over 49 years. The main focus of the new industrial park is to form a powerful metalworking cluster with an estimated investment volume of 3.5 billion UAH.
“The concept of the industrial park ‘Steel Kyiv Region’ is designed for 49 years and covers an area of nearly 12 hectares in the Bila Tserkva community of Kyiv Oblast. The key emphasis of the project is the development of a metalworking cluster with the involvement of about 3.5 billion UAH in investments,” the agency informed.
Priority Production Areas and Funding Sources
The initiator of the industrial park’s creation is LLC ‘GRANDSTIL’. To implement the project, the company plans to attract funding from various sources, including its own resources, state incentives, as well as investments from future park participants and other entities.
Within the territory of ‘Steel Kyiv Region’, the development of enterprises is planned with a focus on the following areas:
- Metal processing and coating application on metal products;
- Mechanical processing of metal products;
- Forging, pressing, stamping, profiling, powder metallurgy;
- Production of construction metal structures and products;
- Manufacture of other finished metal products.
According to the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture, there are currently over 114 objects registered in the Register of Industrial Parks of Ukraine.
