In Brovary, Kyiv region, the company “Budshlyakhmash” has begun construction of a modern production complex for manufacturing automotive components. The Importance of Localization and Production Prospects

According to current regulations, during public procurement in 2025, the mandatory share of Ukrainian components must be at least 25%. By 2026, this figure will rise to 30%. Currently, “Budshlyakhmash” produces about 70 units of equipment each month, with an average localization level of 40–60%.

“This will allow us to raise the localization level of the municipal and specialized equipment produced by the enterprise to 75%.”

After launching the new production, the company plans to expand its product line and establish the production of wheel axles. Additionally, “Budshlyakhmash” has already joined a state program that provides a 15% compensation for the cost of Ukrainian equipment for customers.

Investments in the Machine Engineering Cluster

In spring 2026, the company plans to launch a large-scale project to create an industrial park with a machine engineering cluster in Brovary. On a territory of 11 hectares, 40,000 square meters of new industrial buildings will be constructed. The total investment in this project is approximately 40 million US dollars. This step will contribute to the development of domestic machine engineering and the creation of new jobs in the region.
