Causes of the Outage and Bank’s Actions
According to bank representatives, the issues arose due to a disruption in the online infrastructure of one of the financial institution’s partners. This outage was a consequence of a nighttime attack on Kyiv, which caused damage to critical energy facilities.
“Due to the enemy’s nighttime attack on Kyiv, the online infrastructure of one of our partners was affected, leading to disruptions in Sense Bank’s operations. Our team is working on fully restoring all services.”
The bank emphasizes that specialists are already working on restoring the services and promise to return full access to all functions as soon as possible.
Impact on Customers
On Sense Bank’s Facebook page, users report difficulties not only with accessing the mobile application but also with card payments and contacting customer support. Restoring the operation of services is currently a priority for the bank, as the issue has affected a significant number of customers across the country.
