Changes in Public Transport Operations

Due to the testing, trams No. 1, No. 2, and No. 7, which have their final stops in the Lychakiv district, will not operate on Saturday. To ensure transport accessibility, the city authorities are organizing temporary alternative bus routes and reinforcing those that run near the tram lines.

Purpose of the Testing and Coordination of Services

During the tests, specialists will evaluate how effectively the transport system can function under conditions of partial power loss. Additionally, the interaction between carriers and the logistics of emergency services will be practiced to ensure the continuous movement of traffic in the city.

Due to the testing, trams No. 1, No. 2, and No. 7, which have their final stops there, will not operate on Saturday. Instead, temporary alternatives will be organized, and existing bus routes running near the tram lines will be reinforced.

The city council emphasizes that such measures are an important part of preparing for potential emergencies aimed at ensuring the stable operation of public transport even under challenging conditions.
