Updated Concept and Implementation Plans
As reported by the company’s director, Serhiy Pylypenko, before the onset of the full-scale war, Kovalska was ready to start construction of NUVO and already had permission to erect the first two office buildings. However, the project had to be temporarily suspended due to force majeure circumstances. During this time, the company refined the plan and bought out its partners’ shares, becoming the sole customer and investor of the project.
“We plan to bring the project to market approximately next year. The concept has been improved, but remains the same – mixed-use office spaces with some apartments and a hotel. We plan to start construction work in 2026. This does not mean we will immediately bring the project to market, but we will begin preparatory work on the site to offer a finished product to the market at the right moment,” said Pylypenko.
Environmental Sustainability and Social Responsibility
NUVO will be a modern space with multifunctional purposes: it will include office spaces, apartments, and a hotel complex. The company emphasizes that special attention will be paid to environmental construction standards and the implementation of socially-oriented solutions that will contribute to the development of a comfortable urban environment for residents and guests of the capital.
