Additionally, Tel Aviv demands that Hamas make every effort to locate and return the bodies of deceased captives. Israeli representatives emphasize that movement across the border will begin only after the completion of this intelligence mission. To meet the conditions of the plan, Hamas must demonstrate “100% effort” in the repatriation of the deceased bodies.
