In the Chernivtsi region, illegal production and sale of fuel and lubricants, specifically A-92 and A-95 gasoline, have been uncovered. According to the Bureau of Economic Security (BEB), the suspect in the case has already been charged.

Seizure of Counterfeit Fuel
During a search at a gas station, detectives seized over 15,000 liters of counterfeit gasoline, with an estimated value of around 1 million hryvnias. The owner of the gas station was purchasing falsified petroleum products from underground manufacturers. The composition of this fuel included gasoline, gas condensate, and special additives.

Legal Consequences for the Suspect
The suspect has currently been informed of charges for illegal production, storage, sale, or transportation of excise goods. According to Ukrainian legislation, he faces a fine ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 non-taxable minimums, which amounts to between 85,000 and 170,000 hryvnias.
