Ukrainians planning to rent state property, purchase land, vehicles, or commercial objects at online auctions can now take advantage of a new step-by-step digital guide. It has been prepared by the “Diia.Education” platform in collaboration with the “Prozorro.Sales” system to simplify participation in state tenders.

Opportunities of Electronic State Auctions
Through electronic auctions, the state offers thousands of diverse assets. Among the available lots, one can find:
- land plots;
- office and commercial premises;
- confiscated vehicles and property;
- production equipment;
- real estate;
- resources for the agricultural and industrial sectors.
According to the requirements, it is possible to purchase or rent such assets only through an open electronic trading system that ensures transparency and equal access for all interested parties.
Step-by-Step Guide and Simulator for Participants
The new online guide explains in detail the mechanism for participating in state auctions – from searching for a lot to signing a contract. In particular, users will learn how to search for the desired lots, use filters, register on platforms, place bids, pay fees, and finalize the contract after winning.
Additionally, an interactive auction simulator has been created for beginners. In test mode, users can practice the entire process without financial costs: train to place bids, familiarize themselves with the system’s rules, and understand the logic of conducting auctions.
The organizers emphasize that the electronic auction system minimizes human factors and guarantees fair competition, as well as automatically blocks access to auctions for individuals and entities associated with the aggressor state.
“The new guide is aimed at both entrepreneurs and investors, as well as ordinary citizens who have not previously participated in state auctions due to the complexity of the procedures. The Ministry of Digital Transformation hopes that simplifying access to auctions will help increase the number of participants and make the market for state assets more open and competitive”.
According to the ministry, the digital format of interaction with state services in Ukraine is becoming increasingly popular. As of 2026, the “Diia” application already has over 24 million users, while nearly 7 million citizens use the portal.
