Over the past day, there have been 210 combat clashes on the front line between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and the occupying Russian troops. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Main directions of combat operations and enemy losses

In its morning report, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasized that the aviation, missile troops, and artillery of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck at 16 areas of concentration of Russian military personnel, as well as at one enemy artillery system.

“Over the past day, aviation, missile troops, and artillery of the Defense Forces hit 16 areas of concentration of personnel and one enemy artillery system.”

In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, one assault action by Russian troops was recorded, while in the Southern Slobozhansky direction, there were eight attacks. Active combat operations also continued in the Kupiansk, Lyman, Sloviansk, and Kramatorsk directions.

Intensity of attacks by the Russian army

In the Kostiantynivka direction, Russian troops carried out 31 attacks, attempting to break through the defense in the areas of Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Pleshchiyivka, Sofiivka, Novo Shakhove, Vilyke, as well as near Kostiantynivka, Novopavlivka, and Kucherovyi Yar.

The highest number of attacks was recorded in the Pokrovsk direction — here, Ukrainian defenders stopped 32 assault actions of the enemy aimed at the settlements of Rodynske, Shevchenko, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Vasylivka, Udachne, Muravka, Molodetske, Novomykolaivka, Bilytske, Novooleksandrivka, Kotlyne, and Novopidhorodne.

The occupiers also carried out one attack in the Oleksandrivka direction and attempted to break through 16 times in the Huliaipole direction towards Zlahoda, Vozdvizhivka, Olenokostiantynivka, Charivne, Tsvitkove, Staroukrainka, Pryvillya, and Huliaipole. According to updated data, in the Orikhiv direction, Ukrainian forces repelled five attempts by the enemy to advance.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, noted that the situation at the front remains tense, and Russian troops have intensified offensive actions on almost all sections. The situation is particularly difficult in the Pokrovsk direction, where, according to estimates, the enemy has concentrated about 106,000 servicemen.

In their report, analysts from the American Institute for the Study of War emphasized that over the past year, Russian forces have not achieved any significant progress on the battlefield, while Ukrainian military forces are demonstrating successes in defense and counteroffensive actions.
