Gas Prices in Ukraine: Current Data and Forecasts

In April 2025, Ukrainian gas stations (GS) raised the prices of A-95 gasoline, but this increase went virtually unnoticed by consumers. As of April 2, the average price of gasoline is 55.68 UAH/l, which is 2 kopecks higher than the previous day. According to analysts, prices have only risen by the same 2 kopecks since the beginning of this week, which aligns with the previously stated forecast that gasoline prices will not change significantly in the coming days.

One of the main reasons for the stability of prices is the rising cost of oil, driven by political pressure from the U.S. president on Iran and Venezuela. Analysts predict that gas station prices will remain stable at least until mid-April, and the further price dynamics will depend on the policies of the OPEC oil cartel. If OPEC increases oil production quotas, this could lead to a decrease in gasoline prices.

Forecasts for Gasoline Price Reductions

If oil prices decrease in the near future, Ukrainian gas stations may begin to lower gasoline prices as early as the end of April. However, it is also possible that gas station networks may try to outpace the market and reduce prices earlier to attract new customers before purchasing cheaper oil.

Current Gasoline Prices in Ukraine

According to the Consulting Group “A-95”, gasoline prices at major gas station networks range from 50.4 to 58.99 UAH/l.
