Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine on February 24, 2022, martial law has been in effect in the country, and general mobilization has been announced. The Verkhovna Rada regularly extends the terms of their implementation, accompanied by reports of conflicts between TCC employees and civilians. Representatives of the Ukrainian authorities and military have repeatedly stated that the spread of negative information about mobilization is a result of information-psychological operations by the Russian Federation. In addition, reports of corruption within the TCC are being recorded in society.
