In the Ukrainian currency market next week, forecasts suggest that there will be no panic or significant excitement. The rates in the interbank and cash markets will stabilize, and the difference between them will become virtually zero.

The Director of the Financial Markets and Investment Activities Department of Globus Bank, Taras Lisovyi, reported that over the four months since the beginning of the year, the official rate may be lower by 1.5-1%. According to him, from April 28 to May 4, the dollar exchange rate will fluctuate between 41.2 and 41.6 hryvnias per dollar in both the interbank and cash markets.
Thus, 100 dollars in hryvnias by May 4 will cost approximately 4120 – 4160 hryvnias, while 1000 dollars will cost Ukrainians 41200 – 41600 hryvnias.
