“Naftogaz of Ukraine”
, this decision was made considering the existing moratorium on increasing natural gas prices. The company urges consumers to approach their calculations responsibly.
The gas supply company “Naftogaz of Ukraine”, which is part of the Naftogaz Group, will continue to supply gas to Ukrainian households at the unchanged price of 7.96 UAH per cubic meter, under the “Fixed” tariff plan for residential customers. This price will be valid until April 30, 2026.
Currently, there are several suppliers of blue fuel in Ukraine, but about 98% of residential consumers use the services of “Naftogaz”.
Electricity Tariff
The cost of electricity is set by government resolution No. 632 and will be 4.32 UAH per kWh. From May 1, the special tariff for electricity for those using electric heating will be canceled. Currently, the tariff for this category is 2.64 UAH per kWh for consumption up to 2000 kWh per month; for consumption exceeding 2000 kWh, the full tariff must be paid.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved resolution No. 37 dated January 17, 2025, which updates the procedure for applying fixed prices for electricity for consumers with electric heating. According to the new conditions, for households and collective residential consumers with electric heating, the following tariffs will apply from October 1 to April 30 inclusive:
- For consumption up to 2000 kWh inclusive – 2.64 UAH per kWh,
- For consumption exceeding 2000 kWh – 4.32 UAH per kWh.
