FDMU Sells Distillery in Ternopil Region for ₴162 Million and Prepares New Lots

The State Property Fund of Ukraine (FDMU) has announced the second auction for the sale of the sole property complex of the state enterprise

“Zarubynskyi Distillery”

in the Ternopil region. The starting price for the sale of the facility is ₴162.18 million, which is ₴60 million lower than in the previous auction. The distillery specializes in the production of spirits, including those used as fuel or as components of fuel, particularly bioethanol.

Results of FDMU Auctions

In the first quarter of 2025, the fund successfully conducted 130 auctions for small privatization objects, which is 13.8% more compared to the same period in 2024. The total amount of winning bids at the auctions reached ₴404.9 million.

Future Plans

The FDMU plans to put 168 small privatization objects up for online auctions with a total value of ₴749.1 million in the second quarter. Among them will also be two large privatization objects:

“Sumykhimprom”

and

“Construction Company Ukrbud”

. From April 28 to May 2, the Fund plans to hold 24 privatization auctions, including lots such as

“Kharkiv Research and Design Institute of Land Management”

in Kharkiv, a sports complex building in Kirovohrad region, as well as a separate transmission radio station with property in Zhytomyr region.
