Key Speakers at ETHKyiv 2025

Among the main guests of this year’s ETHKyiv, the organizers highlight Tomasz K. Stańczak, the co-executive director of the Ethereum Foundation, whose appointment in March 2025 was a significant event for the blockchain industry.

“It came at a time when the ecosystem faced a number of challenges: market stagnation, competition among blockchains, and uncertainty in the development of Layer-2,” the event organizers noted.

Before joining the Ethereum Foundation, Tomasz Stańczak worked for over ten years in the financial sector, serving as vice president at Citi Bank in the FX eTrading division and as an analyst at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME).

In addition to Tomasz Stańczak, the speakers at ETHKyiv 2025 will include:

  • Josh Rudolf — product manager and lead researcher at the Ethereum Foundation, who previously worked at Intel and Slack, and is currently involved in developing key technologies for the Ethereum protocol;
  • Leona Hioki — co-founder and CEO of INTMAX, a specialist in cryptography and cybersecurity, winner of the Japanese government’s IPA Security Camp program.
