Investments and Prospects of the RISE Program
This new initiative will be the first of its kind in Ukraine and is expected to attract investments of €100 million to finance a hundred local energy projects over the next three years. This program is anticipated to enhance the resilience of the Ukrainian energy system, as well as provide businesses and the public sector with tools to protect against emergency outages and significant fluctuations in electricity prices.
Technologies and Innovations for Energy Independence
Within the framework of RISE, solar power plants and energy storage systems will be installed at customer sites. The management of these systems will be conducted using the Kraken platform, which employs artificial intelligence to ensure maximum efficiency. This will allow Ukrainian businesses to monitor electricity consumption in real-time, optimize costs during peak periods, and even sell surplus electricity back to the grid.
RISE will be the first program of its kind in Ukraine and aims to attract €100 million to finance 100 local energy projects over three years.
Thanks to the partnership between DTEK and Octopus Energy Group, Ukrainian companies will gain access to modern technologies and financial support, contributing to the development of sustainable energy and the economic independence of the country.
