Dollar and Euro Exchange Rates: Current Values as of July 20, 2025

Today, July 20, 2025, there is a slight decrease in the cashless exchange rates for the dollar and euro. This is occurring against the backdrop of a new escalation in trade relations between the United States and the European Union. The introduction of 30% tariffs starting August 1 remains in question, causing additional tension among investors who were hoping for a resolution before that date.

Dollar Exchange Rate

According to analyst Oleksiy Kozyrev, as of today, the dollar exchange rate at most exchange points and open bank branches is set within the following ranges:

  • Buying: 41.30-41.65 UAH
  • Selling: 41.80-42.10 UAH

Euro: Exchange Rate Dynamics

Regarding the euro, the expert forecasts the following values:

  • Buying: 48.20-48.65 UAH
  • Selling: 48.80-49.00 UAH

“The above-mentioned calculated rates for the dollar and euro may be adjusted by some exchange owners by “plus-minus” 5-10 kopecks depending on their individual objectives and the level of competition in a specific region,” the expert noted.

Thus, there is a certain instability in the currency market related to global economic events, which affects the behavior of both banking institutions and investors. Deviations in rates may depend on the regional situation and competition among exchange points.
