Current Dollar and Euro Rates

According to analyst Oleksiy Kozyrev, today the dollar’s value at most exchange offices and bank branches operating on weekends is:

  • buying – 40.90-41.40 UAH per dollar;
  • selling – 41.45-41.80 UAH per dollar.

As for the euro, its rate remains at:

  • buying – 48.30-48.60 UAH per euro;
  • selling – 48.65-49.10 UAH per euro.

Situation in the Exchange Market

Experts note that the owners of exchange offices in Ukraine do not intend to provoke market fluctuations. They continue to operate in a usual manner with moderate spreads.

Exchange office owners in Ukraine will not “rock” the market but will continue to operate in a “turnover” format with their usual average spread for both the dollar and euro within 20-25 kopecks. Wholesale exchange offices will not be original either. They will maintain their spread between buying and selling for both the dollar and euro within 15-20 kopecks

Thus, the Ukrainian currency market remains stable, and exchange office owners adhere to a cautious policy, not creating additional risks for consumers.
