Demand for Specialists in Trade, Advertising, and Logistics in Ukraine in 2025

The labor market in Ukraine in 2025 shows a significant shortage of personnel in the fields of trade, marketing, advertising, transportation, and logistics. According to analytics from the State Employment Service, as of August 7, there were 244 thousand job offers posted on the Unified Job Portal, indicating a high demand for qualified specialists.

Trade: Leader in Job Vacancies

The highest demand is currently observed in the trade sector. Since the beginning of 2025, employers have published over 41 thousand vacancies, accounting for about 17% of the total. The average salary in this field reaches 25 thousand hryvnias. The most job openings are available in the following regions:

  • Kyiv — 13.5 thousand;
  • Lviv region — 3.7 thousand;
  • Dnipropetrovsk region — 3.1 thousand.

Marketing, Advertising, Transportation, and Manufacturing: Growing Demand

The marketing and advertising sector remains second in terms of job offers — since the beginning of this year, 37 thousand vacancies have been recorded (16% of the total). The average salary in this category is 17 thousand hryvnias. The most employment opportunities are in Kyiv (6.5 thousand vacancies), Lviv (5.5 thousand), and Dnipropetrovsk (2.4 thousand) regions.

The transportation and logistics sector ranks third in terms of job offers: in the first seven months of 2025, 24 thousand vacancies were published, accounting for 10% of the total. The average salary in this field is 27 thousand hryvnias.

“Moreover, the State Employment Service noted a significant shortage of labor in the industry. Specifically, since the beginning of the year, 19 thousand (or 8%) vacancies in manufacturing have been published, with an average salary of 23 thousand hryvnias.”

Thus, employers in Ukraine are actively seeking specialists to work in leading industries, offering competitive salaries and broad employment opportunities.
