The Kharkiv limited liability company “Sanders Loft” has become the winner of the auction for the sale of the “Enerhostal” complex, offering a record 600 million UAH. This information was published on the “Prozorro.Sales” portal. A total of seven companies participated in the bidding, leading to a significant increase in price — the starting price of the lot was only 10.47 million UAH, while the final amount exceeded it by 57.3 times.

Details of the Deal and Company Assets
In addition to the main price, the buyer must also pay an additional 120 million UAH in value-added tax. Thus, the total economic effect of the deal will exceed 720 million UAH. After full payment, the new owner will receive an extensive complex consisting of 68 real estate and infrastructure facilities. Among them are: administrative and production premises, warehouses, garages, water supply networks, power transmission lines, and a gas pipeline. The total area of the complex is 50 thousand square meters. The assets also include 10 vehicles and 379 units of movable property, which consist of equipment, furniture, and inventory.
“Enerhostal” is located at: Kharkiv, Science Avenue, 9, and is engaged in the design, reconstruction, and modernization of facilities in metallurgy, machine engineering, energy, transport, and the chemical industry.

LLC “Sanders Loft” is registered in Kharkiv and focuses on wholesale trade in pharmaceutical products. The ultimate beneficiary of the company is Alik Hachoyan. According to information from the analytical system YouControl, in 2024, the company’s revenue reached nearly 1.9 billion UAH.
