Impact of employee reservations on the economy

By providing reservations to employees, these enterprises can operate continuously even under martial law, allowing them to fulfill their obligations to the state regarding tax payments. It is emphasized that maintaining jobs in critical industries directly affects budget revenues and supports the economy.

Issues with personnel accounting

At the same time, the ministry noted the existence of a significant number of individuals who are wanted by territorial recruitment centers or are on special accounting lists but are not engaged in work at such enterprises. This creates additional challenges for the effective formation of a reserve of personnel, as well as for the continued support of stable operations in economically important sectors.

Critical infrastructure enterprises with reservations provide about 60% of tax revenues to the budget of Ukraine.

The Ministry of Economy emphasized that the further development of the employee reservation system should take into account the real needs of the economy, as well as involve close cooperation with other state bodies to address personnel issues.
