In Lviv, on the northwestern outskirts of the city, construction has begun on the new Kvartal City shopping and entertainment center, which is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2027. The facility will be located near the international M10 highway leading to the Polish border, ensuring convenient access for both city residents and visitors from other regions.

Parameters and Infrastructure of the Future Shopping Center
The total area of the complex will be approximately 50,000 square meters, with 20,000 square meters designated for rental. Kvartal City will feature three floors and a parking lot designed for 523 vehicles. The new shopping center will be part of the Residence City residential complex being developed by the Lviv-based company Intel Development Group.
The shopping and entertainment center plans to include a supermarket, electronics and clothing stores, pharmacies, postal and banking services, dining establishments, a cinema, children’s areas, and other services. In total, around 75 stores, as well as restaurants and food courts covering over 2,000 square meters, are planned.

Retail Development in the Region
As of now, an anchor supermarket has already been identified, and negotiations are ongoing with other major tenants. In addition to Lviv, a new multifunctional complex with apartments, a swimming pool, shops, restaurants, and outdoor seating areas is also planned to be built in Mukachevo, Zakarpattia region. These projects aim to stimulate the development of modern retail infrastructure in western Ukraine and meet the growing demand for quality services and entertainment.
