The capital’s labor market continues to show positive trends: the average salary at the beginning of April 2025 reached UAH 27,500, which is considerably higher than the average figure across Ukraine. The portal’s analysis indicates a wide range of earnings, depending on the field of activity and specific position. The highest salaries are earned by specialists in the sales sector:
- sales manager – UAH 32,500;
- sales representative – UAH 32,500;
- driver – UAH 30,000;
- client relations manager – UAH 28,000.
The average salary for technical and service positions also remains at a fairly high level:
- chef – UAH 25,000;
- accountant – UAH 25,000;
- waiter – UAH 22,300;
- warehouse worker – UAH 22,000;
- office manager – UAH 21,500;
- laborer – UAH 21,000;
- administrator – UAH 20,500;
- cashier – UAH 19,000;
- barista – UAH 19,000.
Growth of Average Salaries
Compared to other regions of Ukraine, Kyiv confidently leads in terms of average salary levels. At the same time, according to analytics, the average salary across the country has increased by 20% over the year, or by UAH 4,000.
