Demand and Supply in the Rental Market

Users were less actively searching for rental housing in March than in February. An increase in search queries was noted in Sumy, Kirovohrad, Odesa, and Lviv regions, while the largest outflow of queries was recorded in Zakarpattia, Zhytomyr, and Ternopil regions.
The ratio of the number of rental listings to the number of responses to them in March in Kyiv was 1:3, while in other regions, these figures can vary significantly.
