American businesses are showing significant interest in the Ukrainian defense sector, particularly in projects related to dual-use technologies. This was stated by Valeriy Krasovsky, co-founder and CEO of the leading Ukrainian IT company Sigma Software.

According to Krasovsky, Ukraine possesses unique experience in the field of defense technologies, making it attractive to international partners. Western companies are particularly drawn to Ukrainian engineers and specialists, as they have already gained a reputation as effective and professional performers among foreign clients. Krasovsky emphasized that even despite the full-scale aggression from the Russian Federation, no Ukrainian IT company working with foreign clients has lost productivity.
“Therefore, if we can work effectively in wartime conditions, just imagine how we can work in peaceful conditions,” the expert noted.

Krasovsky mentioned that he, along with partners, is actively working to encourage American investors to invest more in the development of Ukrainian technology companies. This is especially true for companies that are officially registered in the USA – this ensures the protection of investors’ rights and increases trust in the Ukrainian high-tech market.
