Alterra Group, which will be responsible for the construction, will also continue to manage the park after the completion of the construction works. For potential investors, the payback period for the project is estimated at nine years.
Innovative Approach to Development
The development of the industrial site will follow the Quadruple Helix model, which unites education, business, government, and society, fostering innovation and supporting the exports of residents. As part of the park, an innovation center is planned, which will include a prototyping laboratory, a research and development (R&D) center, and a business incubator.
The park will also feature the construction of an aparthotel, a cafeteria, a gym, a supermarket, a sports field, a customer center, and a shelter, all of which will be accessible to the public.
Construction Status and Prospects
As of May 2025, roads and sewage systems have already been connected to the industrial park, and active construction of other utilities is ongoing. The park will focus on agro-processing, the automotive industry, and related sectors, while also being open to the implementation of other projects that align with its ecosystem. The completion of the entire project is planned for 2029.
