Over the past six months, the price per square meter in new constructions in Irpin has risen by 6.2%. The average prices for apartments in April are as follows:
- one-bedroom – from 828,300 to 2.8 million hryvnias;
- two-bedroom – from 1.6 to 3.9 million hryvnias;
- three-bedroom – from 2.3 to 6.5 million hryvnias.
Particular attention is drawn to the most expensive offers in business-class residential complexes. Experts predict that the trend of rising prices in Irpin will continue, especially in the comfort and business-class segments.
