The main focus of the enterprise is on the cultivation of soybeans, corn, and wheat. The land parcels are located near the border with the European Union and close to a railway line, making them attractive for logistics and export. The assets also include agricultural machinery, vehicles, and a production base.

Sale of the Dragobrat Ski Resort
The highest ski resort in Ukraine, “Dragobrat,” is on the real estate market in the Transcarpathian region, valued at $2.75 million. The resort is situated at an altitude of 1,300 to 1,700 meters above sea level and remains a profitable asset. The complex includes an administrative building, two cottages with 16 rooms, a five-story hotel with 33 rooms and a restaurant, a sauna with a pool, ski lifts, generators, and developed infrastructure for guests.
