Initiative of the Ukrainian forces and strategic situation
In the Dnipro direction, Ukrainian forces successfully repelled three enemy offensive actions. Analysts from the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) note that Ukrainian troops are gradually regaining tactical initiative in various sections of the front.
Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov emphasized during a meeting with journalists that Ukrainian military personnel have significantly slowed down the advance of Russian forces and have begun to gradually seize the initiative thanks to the effective work of units, blocking Russian access to Starlink, and increasing strikes with medium-range drones.
Meanwhile, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi does not rule out the possibility of new offensive actions by the Russian Federation from the territory of Belarus.

In Truskavets, Lviv region, the first stage of the military-sports competition ‘Wild Drones’ took place, where UAV crews competed for victory, demonstrating skills acquired on the front.
