As noted by the head of the regional service center of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, Serhiy Petrov, after signing the vehicle purchase agreement through “Diia,” the document is automatically created and displayed on the status screen of the re-registration service. At the same time, its storage period is limited — the agreement is available in the app for only one month from the moment of signing.

How to avoid losing important documents
Recently, service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have increasingly encountered inquiries from citizens who cannot find the purchase agreement after the one-month storage period in the app has expired. In light of this, specialists recommend not to delay downloading the electronic document.
Serhiy Petrov advises saving the agreement in PDF format to your device immediately after completing the transaction. This step will take only a few minutes but will ensure that you always have the necessary document on hand for further legal or administrative actions.
