The long-awaited warming has arrived in Ukraine: on Saturday, February 21, dry weather will prevail across the entire country. According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, precipitation is unlikely, with possible snow only in the eastern and southeastern regions at night.

At night, thermometer readings will drop to 13-18 degrees below zero, and in some northern areas, it may reach 20° below zero. During the day, forecasters predict temperatures of 2-9 degrees below zero. In Transcarpathia, the south, and southeastern Ukraine, nighttime temperatures will fluctuate between 5-11 degrees below zero, while during the day, the air will warm from 2° below zero to 3° above zero. In Crimea, temperatures will remain around 0° at night and rise to 3-8° above zero during the day.

Variable cloudiness is expected. In the northern regions, fog may occur at night and in the morning, and icy conditions may be observed on the roads, except in the southeast. The wind will predominantly be from variable directions, with a speed of 3-8 m/s, and in the south of the country, it will be northeast at 7-12 m/s.
In the capital and Kyiv region, variable cloudiness is forecasted for February 21, with no precipitation expected. Fog may occur in some areas at night and in the morning, and icy conditions are possible on the roads.
